In order to win the final battle of quality and efficiency of trial and execution throughout the year, on the afternoon of December 8, the Wushen Banner People's Court held the 11th meeting of the quality and efficiency supervision of trial and execution in 2022, calling on the whole court to gather efforts to sprint, unite and forge ahead, and work hard. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Gao Jian, and the leadership team at home, heads of various departments, all judges of posts and judges attended the meeting. At the meeting, Vice President Gao Jian conveyed the quality and efficiency assessment indicators of the whole district and the city. Ning Hui, director of the Trial Management Office, informed our court of trial and execution from January to November, briefly analyzed the shortcomings and weaknesses, and put forward work suggestions. The heads of various departments spoke on their respective problems and expressed their determination to improve them and do their best to strive for advancement in various indicators.
The leaders of the institution under the jurisdiction commented on the shortcomings and weaknesses in their respective fields of work, and proposed specific measures to strengthen and improve the work, focusing on the pattern and attitude of linking the top and bottom and exerting the same direction to win the "final battle" of quality and efficiency of the annual review and execution.
Party Secretary and President Hao Yulin emphasized:
First, focus on learning and gather motivation. We must continue to thoroughly study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, inspire and accumulate motivation from the study of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and devote ourselves to the trial and execution work with a strong sense of urgency, sense of crisis, sense of first-classness and awareness of the overall situation, and make every effort to launch a sprint to the end of the year to ensure the completion of the annual trial and execution goals and tasks.
The second is to clarify the goals and improve the performance. We must combine the current number of unfinished cases and the number of newly collected cases, further refine the work tasks, formulate a scientific and effective case settlement plan, make every effort to speed up the case closing progress, reduce the average case handling time, and improve trial efficiency. At the same time, for long-term unfinished cases, we must analyze the causes, formulate measures, and determine the closing time of the case, and strive to clear all unfinished cases, while preventing the occurrence of clearing and accumulation.
Third, strengthens management and strengthens responsibilities. The court president must play a leading role, conscientiously perform the responsibilities of ", one post, two responsibilities, ", keep a close eye on the work goals and tasks, and refine the implementation of tasks around the core indicators of review and execution of quality and efficiency. The Trial and Administration Office should strengthen the management of the trial process, strengthen supervision and inspection of case closing work, promptly remind departments and judges with slow progress in case closing, and promote the implementation of responsibilities.
Fourth, removes hidden dangers and ensures stability. We will ensure epidemic prevention and safety, strictly control the security check entrance, tighten the epidemic prevention and control string, and ensure that epidemic prevention work and review and execution tasks go hand in hand. We will ensure the safety of the agency, transfer archived files in a timely manner, complete the scan of files as soon as possible, and conduct archive security inspections to ensure that the files are safe and without any omissions. We will ensure the safety of the team, enhance the bottom line awareness, strictly implement the iron rules and regulations such as the "three regulations" and "ten prohibitions" to prevent interference in judicial affairs, and severely punish judicial corruption with a zero-tolerance attitude.
