The meeting pointed out that the glorious journey of reform and opening up over the past 40 years fully proves that our current constitution has effectively upheld the leadership of the Communist Party of China, effectively guaranteed the people's mastery of the country, effectively promoted reform and opening up and socialist modernization, effectively promoted the process of socialist country ruled by law, effectively promoted the development of human rights, effectively maintained national unity, national unity, and social harmony and stability. First, firmly adhere to the principle of politics and law in the party, resolutely build political loyalty, adhere to the Party’s absolute leadership over judicial work, and unswervingly follow the path of rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
