Ten years of progress through storms, and ten years of hard work to make spring flowers and autumn fruits. The Clinical Inspection Center of Beijing You'an Hospital adheres to the cultural concept of "respecting the way and being virtuous, and protecting peace with each other", adheres to the hospital motto of "seeking reality, dedication, exquisiteness and innovation", implements the quality policy of "safety first, need to be the sky, law is the basis, and morality is the basis". Focusing on the laboratory diagnosis responsibilities of prevention, treatment, protection and health, it has formed a laboratory-specific diagnostic system integrating pathogenic microorganisms diagnosis, clinical biochemistry and immune evaluation as one. It has continuously innovated and developed in terms of inspection quality, medical service capabilities, scientific research and teaching level, regional radiation power, etc., and has achieved remarkable results in various work.
Accurate and efficient medical services
Clinical test quality is the prerequisite for medical quality, and serving clinical diagnosis and treatment is the foundation for Youan testing people. The clinical testing center has six professional groups: clinical testing, biochemical testing, immune testing, molecular biology testing, microbial testing, and venereal diseases and AIDS testing. It is equipped with internationally advanced testing equipment and has carried out more than 300 various testing projects. Under the strong leadership of the Party Committee of the Hospital and the leaders of the hospital, and under the leadership of Director Lou Jinli, the Clinical Inspection Center established and operated a complete quality management system with international ISO 15189 as the quality standard, and carried out medical inspection work. In July 2015, the AIDS Confirmation Laboratory of the Clinical Inspection Center successfully passed the certification. In November 2016, it officially obtained the ISO15189 laboratory accreditation certificate issued by CNAS. In October 2017, the temporary inspection center became the first " autoimmune liver disease demonstration laboratory" in China.

"Recently teaching" to consolidate its foundation, and "strengthening scientific research" to achieve its height. Ten years ago, there were only three senior professional titles in the Clinical Inspection Center. In the past ten years, through the combination of talent introduction and self-cultivation, a good forward-looking talent echelon has been formed. There are currently 22 senior professional titles, 11 doctoral students, 1 doctoral supervisor, and 1 master's supervisor. The Clinical Inspection Center is responsible for the teaching of undergraduate, graduate and international students of Capital Medical University. It is the location of the Molecular Biology Teaching and Research Department of the Department of Clinical Testing and Diagnosis of Capital Medical University and the Laboratory Teaching and Research Department of Beijing You'an Hospital. It is a doctoral training point and master's training point of the Department of Clinical Testing and Diagnosis of Capital Medical University. It is also one of the national inspection major training bases.
On the basis of fully meeting the clinical test and diagnosis work, the clinical inspection center attaches great importance to the development of the discipline. The department undertakes nearly 40 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation of China, Capital Medical Development Fund, the 11th Five-Year Plan, the 12th Five-Year Plan major projects, and the 13th Five-Year Plan. In the past five years, domestic and foreign journals have published more than 100 academic papers and more than 20 SCI papers.While improving itself, the Clinical Inspection Center also radiates its influence to the surrounding areas, and shares advanced technology and summarized experience with the society. It has published several books such as "Autoimmune liver disease", "Detection Technology and Strategies for Laboratory Testing of AIDS, "Self-Defense Reading for Elderly People with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia", and regularly holds national academic conferences and testing technology promotion classes, which has become an influential academic brand conference in this field.
Mission and responsibility stick to the epidemic line
After the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, our hospital, as a designated treatment hospital for patients with new crown pneumonia in Beijing, under the strong leadership of the hospital Party Committee and the hospital leaders, the temporary inspection center was appointed to complete the establishment and operation of the special inspection laboratory within 24 hours, and was approved as the first batch of new crown virus nucleic acid testing units in Beijing. From the initial manual operation to the intervention of equipment, to the current mobile nucleic acid testing workstation, the Clinical Inspection Center has continuously improved the nucleic acid testing capabilities, expanded the testing team, and the laboratory has reached a maximum of 30,000 nucleic acid testing capabilities per day, creating an insurmountable Youan inspection speed.
Three years since the outbreak of the epidemic, the CPC Central Committee has always adhered to the leadership of party building and deeply integrated party building with business. Under the leadership of Party branch secretary Yu Yanhua and the department leadership team, all staff have been fighting on the front line all year round and have completed nucleic acid testing work of more than 4 million people, providing strong guarantees for the prevention and control of the epidemic in Beijing. While "defending the city", we did not forget to work together to fight the epidemic. In 2021, the temporary inspection center sent 12 nucleic acid test personnel to assist Hebei's new crown nucleic acid test, 1 person to support Ditan Hospital nucleic acid test, and 2 people to support Beijing Xiaotangshan Fangcai Hospital nucleic acid test and laboratory test, obeying the overall situation of the fight against the epidemic and demonstrating great love.
20 Clinical Inspection Center won the "2020 Advanced Collective Award for Fighting the New Coronavirus Epidemic" at the Beijing Laboratory Medicine Academic Annual Meeting. In 2020, he was awarded the title of "Beijing's Advanced Collective for Fighting the New Coronavirus Epidemic" by the Beijing Municipal Government, and a test backbone was awarded the title of "Beijing's Advanced Individual for Fighting the New Coronavirus". The Party Branch of the Clinical Inspection Center was awarded the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" in Beijing Municipal Health Commission in 2021, and the branch secretary Yu Yanhua was awarded the title of " Beijing Hospital Management Center Outstanding Party Worker". The Clinical Inspection Center won the collective "remembering of great merits" award of public institutions in Beijing in 2021. The staff of the temporary inspection center are always staying at their posts day and night, fighting the epidemic, and moving forward fearlessly. They are a testing team that dares to fight tough battles, can fight difficult battles, and is good at winning battles.
