Strengthen the theory arming and improve the work level of the National People's Congress. We will take the form of convening the Municipal Party Committee People's Congress Work Conference, Standing Committee Meeting, Party Group (Expanded) Meeting, Party Group Theoretical Study and Symposium, and issue documents. We will earnestly implement the spirit of the Central and Provincial Party Committee People's Congress Work Conference, and simultaneously sort out General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and key points of the meeting at the Central People's Congress Work Conference, compile and write a knowledge learning manual to be known and taught to be distributed to the National People's Congress cadres and representatives for more than 2,000 volumes, setting off a wave of continuous in-depth study, publicity and implementation in the city's people's congress system to ensure that the spirit of the meeting is deep and practical and consistent.
Strengthen the Party’s leadership and keep the correct direction of the work of the National People’s Congress. We must insist on timely reporting to the Municipal Party Committee for instructions and reports to the Municipal Party Committee in a timely manner, ensure that all work and the exercise of powers are always carried out under the leadership of the Party, adhere to the organic unity of the Party’s management of cadres and the appointment and removal of cadres in accordance with the law, and exercise the personnel appointment and removal power in accordance with the law. For four consecutive years, we have taken the lead in conducting supervision and inspection of major projects in the city, inspected 2,168 projects on-site and promoted the resolution of 485 problems.
