htmlOn October 28, taking the creation of civilized city as an opportunity, Jieshou City Procuratorate invited "Yi" Xin as a public public volunteer to conduct a "look back" on fire safety public interest litigation cases such as flying line charging, and staff from the Municipal Fire Rescue Brigade and Yingnan Office participated in the entire process.
In June this year, the Jieshou City Procuratorate issued a procuratorial recommendation to functional departments on fire safety issues such as stacking debris in the corridors of the community, parking electric vehicles, and charging of electric vehicle flying lines, and urging rectification. During the case handling process, the Jieshou City Procuratorate invited CPPCC members and NPC deputies to participate in the hearing, analyzing existing problems and deep-seated causes, and discussing solutions.
In a resettlement community in Yingnan Office, everyone checked together whether there were fire passages, flying line charging, etc., and found that the rectification was good; everyone randomly came to the 16th floor of a building and found that the corridor was clean and tidy, there was no stack of flammable debris, and there was no battery car going upstairs to charge. According to staff from Yingnan Office, nearly 200 electric vehicle blockers are being prepared to be installed in the jurisdiction, which can effectively prohibit electric vehicles from going upstairs.
Flying line charging and other issues involving community fire safety have a long history. During the case handling process, Jieshou City Procuratorate promoted the connection and transformation of representative suggestions, CPPCC proposals and public interest litigation procuratorial suggestions by inviting NPC deputies and CPPCC members to public hearings, and invited "Yi" Xinwei Public Volunteers and functional departments to participate in the "Look Back" activity to promote the quality and efficiency of cases. In the next step, the Jieshou City Procuratorate will discuss with functional departments on the installation of centralized charging facilities for electric vehicles and the setting of electricity prices, urge functional departments to strictly enforce the law, adopt a combination of "removal" and "blocking" methods to promote the construction of normalized mechanisms, open up the last mile of serving the people, and help create a civilized city.
