On the morning of October 27, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shangrao Urban Investment Group organized a mobilization and deployment meeting and training meeting for the second round of on-site supervision work in 2022. Wu Hui, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Municipal Urban Investment Group, presided over and delivered a speech, and all staff of the on-site supervision working group attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yan Zheng, director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, interpreted the work plan for this round of on-site supervision, and gave lectures on how to carry out this round of on-site supervision work to the members of the supervision work group based on previous experience in on-site supervision.
Wu Hui emphasized the following four requirements for the new round of on-site supervision:
First, we must improve our political stance and deeply understand the importance of on-site supervision. On-site supervision work is an important political task, an effective way to conduct a "political physical examination" of on-site units, and a "comprehensive scan" of the performance of leading cadres. On-site supervision members should improve their political stance, truly unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of the Party Committee of the Group Company, and take on on-site supervision work seriously.
The second is to integrate discipline supervision and functional supervision to form a joint supervision force. We must fully mobilize the supervision responsibilities of each department, form an integrated and same-oriented effort, dare to discover problems, be good at discovering problems, actively promote rectification of on-site supervision units, supervise the establishment of rules and regulations, plug loopholes, and effectively improve the effectiveness of on-site supervision work.
The third is to strengthen communication and coordination to reflect existing problems objectively and fairly. should supervise problem-oriented, and the supervision working group should hold regular meetings to strengthen communication and cooperation among members, comprehensively investigate and sort out problems, seek truth from facts, objectively and comprehensively reflect problems, and ensure the quality of problems found.
Fourth, strictly abide by work discipline and maintain the seriousness of on-site supervision work. In work, we must strictly abide by the bottom line of discipline, strictly abide by the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, strengthen work style construction, and not interfere with the daily work of the on-site supervision units. Strictly observe confidentiality discipline, and do not disclose confidential information about on-site supervision work, and establish a good image of on-site staff with excellent work style and strict discipline.
