Ma Xiaohu, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, was invited to attend. The theme of this conference is: Hold high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, carry forward the great spirit of building the Party, summarize the achievements and experience of the trade union work in Dingxiang County over the past five years; determine the guiding ideology and goals of trade union work in the next five years; and elect the 8th Committee of the Trade Union and the Economic Review Committee. Conference opened with the majestic national anthem. The opening ceremony was chaired by Liu Yongqing, deputy director of the county people's congress standing committee and chairman of the county trade union. Ma Xiaohu pointed out that in recent years, under the strong leadership of the Dingxiang County Party Committee, Dingxiang Trade Union and the vast number of workers have adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, seized opportunities, took responsibility, and worked hard to create a new situation in the work of Dingxiang Trade Union in the new era in benchmarking and catching up and high-quality development. Zhao Yajing demanded that the Dingxiang County Trade Union organization should unite and strive with firm ideals and beliefs and strong abilities, be united and strive, be enterprising, take responsibility and act hard, earnestly shoulder the mission entrusted by the times, be bravely the main force in the construction of the new era, strive to create a new situation in the work of the Dingxiang County Trade Union, and make new and greater contributions to the all-round promotion of the high-quality development of Dingxiang.
The conference held the first plenary meeting of the Eighth Congress of Dingxiang County Trade Union in accordance with the agenda arrangement. Representative Liu Yongqing delivered a work report to the conference on the 7th Committee of the Dingxiang County Federation of Trade Unions, stating that "Remembering the Mission and Showing Responsibility, Loyal Performance of Duties Promoting Development, Organizing and Mobilizing Dingxiang County Workers to promote high-quality development in all aspects." The meeting reviewed and passed the work report, financial work report, and fund review committee work report, and elected 45 members of the Eighth Committee of the Dingxiang County Federation of Trade Unions and 7 members of the Eighth Fund Review Committee of the Dingxiang County Federation of Trade Unions by secret ballot; at the first meeting of the Eighth Committee of the Eighth Committee, the Executive Vice Chairman, and the other vice chairman were elected; at the first meeting of the Eighth Fund Review Committee, the Director of the Eighth Fund Review Committee of the Dingxiang County Federation of Trade Unions was elected.
