On the morning of October 26, on the morning of , the Provincial Environmental Committee Office organized a video conference on expert discussion of "Huanggang City's National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration City Plan", and Chen Zaida, Director of the Ecological Department of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhe, director of the Ecological Civilization Center of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, introduced the preparation of the "Plan" to the expert group. The content mainly covers thirteen aspects, including the importance of the construction of the demonstration zone, the overview of Huanggang City, the current situation and trends, SWOT analysis, general principles, system construction, emission reduction and carbon reduction and efficiency improvement, green ecological space, green economy, human settlement environment, ecological culture, key projects, and guarantee measures. The 25 aspects of Huanggang City's geographical location, topography, water system distribution, soil type, water conservation function, industrial layout, and green development are intuitively expressed in the form of pictures and texts, and the problems existing in the creation and related matters that need to be improved and improved are explained. While affirming the achievements of the "Plan", the expert group objectively put forward their respective relevant questions and suggestions. In response to the questions and suggestions raised by the expert group, the preparation unit and relevant departments of Huanggang City answered one by one to explain the relevant questions and situations. Through serious discussions and communication, the expert group unanimously passed the "Plan" argumentation and put forward opinions and suggestions that need to be revised and improved.

Finally, Yang Lifeng, deputy secretary-general of Huanggang Municipal Government, made a statement on behalf of the municipal government, and the leaders in charge of relevant municipal departments attended the meeting at the Huanggang branch venue.
