Therefore, he urged all parties to pay attention to Russia's demands and respond in a targeted and responsible manner to Russia's allegations, which is also fulfilling the obligations imposed by the Convention on its contracting party . , but at the same time, he also said that China remains neutral with the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Therefore, this does not mean that China is "favoring" either side on this issue.
However, no consensus has been reached on this. US representative Greenfield declared that the meeting was a "great waste of time" and that "the only purpose of this meeting was to spread the false news that Russia hoped to see." , Ukrainian representative Hayovishun also said that Ukraine has never cooperated with any country to develop biological weapons, nor has corresponding facilities and capabilities.
But Russian representative Nebenja firmly accused that since 2005, the US military has funded and directly participated in Ukraine's "biological militarization activities". These funds have flowed to biological laboratories in Kiev , Lviv , Odessa and other places. Russia has sufficient evidence to prove this. However, since the evidence submitted by the relevant parties was insufficient and no consensus was reached on any matter, the meeting ended with the United Nations' announcement that "no signs of biological weapons were found in Ukraine."
