Jinchuan District actively opens up channels for expressing the appeals of ethnic minorities, and pays attention to the publicity and interpretation of laws and regulations in resolving conflicts and disputes, extending the publicity activities of laws and regulations such as the Constitution, the Civil Code, , and other laws and regulations to townships (streets), so as to achieve the simultaneous progress of dispute resolution and legal publicity. Jinchuan District has carried out a series of special actions on "Qinglang" in a solid manner, organized more than 20 concentrated special inspections in the fields of news and publishing, and cleaned up and rectified violations of ethnic policies, hurting ethnic feelings, inciting ethnic separatism, and other issues that are not conducive to the forging of a strong awareness of the Chinese nation and negative and harmful online information in the field of ethnic and religious circles. At the same time, the " Gansu Province Halal Food Management Regulations " was strictly implemented to consolidate the generalization and rectification results of halal concepts. This year, two concentrated law enforcement inspections were carried out, further standardized the production, storage, transportation and sales of halal food, and ensured the standardized, healthy and orderly development of the halal food market in the jurisdiction.
