In the construction of key projects and management of important processes, the project management center reasonably allocates resources, arranges owner project management personnel to be stationed on the site, participate in on-site construction safety management throughout the process, adopts the same method as construction personnel, strictly regulates the filling of operation tickets, supervises the implementation of on-site safety measures, and corrects unsafe behaviors during the operation. At the same time, hierarchical control of construction sites is implemented, and the second-level operation risks are managed by industry owners and construction in and out.
