In order to broaden the channels for discovering clues of problems and better strengthen and improve the work of the court, on the morning of October 18, the Luoshan County People's Court held a symposium for soliciting opinions and widely solicit opinions and suggestions from all sectors of society on the work of the court. County People's Congress representatives, county CPPCC members, and lawyer representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Lou Kuangyuan, Secretary of the Party Group and President, and attended by members of the Party Group and relevant court office leaders. At the meeting, Zhang Jun, member of the Party Leadership Group and vice president of the court, informed the work of Luoshan Court in 2022.
The delegates at the meeting spoke freely and fully affirmed the work of the county court. They believed that the court had a high work position, accurate focus, practical measures and good results, fully demonstrating the people's feelings for the people and the judicial responsibility of serving the overall situation. At the same time, in combination with the actual situation of their respective work, they put forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening legal publicity, optimizing convenient services, solving difficulties in execution, and strengthening communication.

Party Secretary and President Lou Kuangyuan said that he would like to thank all sectors of society for their long-term concern and support for the work of the court. Regarding the opinions and suggestions put forward by everyone, the court will carefully sort out and study them, rectify them one by one, and put forward three requirements at the same time: First, we must further build ideological consensus, establish the common ideal of , and gather strength in promoting the improvement of court work. All NPC deputies, CPPCC members and lawyer representatives should continue to care about and support the work of the court, make more suggestions, put forward criticism and suggestions, and help improve the work of the court; at the same time, we should do more publicity and guidance, convey the positive energy of the work of the court, continue to play the role of the instructor, supervisor and propagandist of the work of the people's court, build consensus, gather strength, and work together to promote the continuous development of the work of the court.
Second, we must further strengthen restrictions and supervision, strive to build a "sunshine court", and move forward steadily on the road of strict and fair justice. All departments should firmly establish the concept of "supervision is understanding, supervision is support, supervision is encouragement, supervision is help", continue to improve the construction of the supervision system for restricting judicial power, consciously place court work under the supervision of the National People's Congress, the CPPCC, and lawyers, open up supervision channels, improve mechanism construction, and make supervision a powerful driving force and effective guarantee for promoting the development and progress of work, continuously improve judicial credibility, and continuously meet the people's needs and expectations for judicial justice.
Third, we must further strengthen communication and exchanges, build a benign interactive relationship, and promote and progress each other in serving the overall social development. All departments of the Court should take this symposium as an opportunity to continue to deepen their awareness of actively accepting supervision from the National People's Congress, the CPPCC and all sectors of society, further strengthen communication and liaison, improve systems and mechanisms, and ensure the performance of duties in accordance with the law, and create good conditions and build a good platform for NPC deputies, CPPCC members and all sectors of society to care about and supervise the work of the court. We must fully absorb the wisdom and strength of the majority of representatives, members and lawyers, strengthen linkage and coordination in the prevention and resolution of conflicts and disputes, grassroots social governance, continuously solve deep-seated problems that restrict the work of the courts, improve the quality, efficiency and credibility of trials, provide better judicial products to the people, and effectively enhance the people's sense of judicial gain.
