To accurately and timely monitor and reflect the changes in my country's population development and changes, it provides a basic basis for the Party and the government to formulate national economic and social development plans and population-related policies. According to the "Population Change Sampling Investigation System (2022 Statistical Annual Report)", the National Bureau of Statistics decided to organize a sampling survey on population changes in 2022 across . The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Investigation scope: urban and rural areas in mainland my country that have been selected.
2. Investigation registration object: People who have nationality in the house of this community (village) will be investigated based on households, and both family households and collective households are investigated. People who should register in the household include:
1. People who live in this household at the standard time of the investigation;
2. People who are registered in this household but do not live in this household at the standard time of the investigation.
3. Survey content: name, citizenship number, gender, age, ethnicity, education level, migration, work, marriage and childbirth, death, housing status, etc.
4. Investigation time: The standard time for investigation is 0:00 on November 1, 2022. The on-site working hours are from October 10 to November 30.
5. Investigation method: The government statistical survey agency sends investigators to the residents' homes to register. When registering in the household, the investigator shall present the work certificate issued by the statistical agency of the people's government at or above the county level.
6. According to the provisions of the " Statistical Law of the People's Republic of China ", the subjects of statistical survey shall provide the information required for national statistical surveys truthfully, accurately, completely and promptly in accordance with the law. Government statistical agencies and their statistical personnel at all levels shall keep the personal information of the survey subjects confidential.
7. If local people's governments at all levels, departments, units and their heads, statistical agencies and statistical personnel at all levels violate the law in the investigation, relevant legal responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with the law. If the survey subjects hinder the statistical agencies and statistical personnel from carrying out their work and constitute violations of public security management, the public security organs will impose penalties in accordance with the law.
Please ask all sectors of society, especially residents who were selected as the survey targets, to actively support and cooperate with the 2022 population sampling survey.
