The person in charge of the top 20 news centers said that while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the news center will provide rich and enthusiastic and thoughtful services to domestic and foreign journalists through on-site interviews, online video interviews, written interviews and other methods. During the conference, the News Center will organize on-site interviews with some important agendas of the conference, organize interview activities for party representatives, organize multiple press conferences, press conferences and collective interviews, organize domestic and foreign journalists to visit and interview in Beijing, and coordinate and arrange overseas journalists to conduct individual interviews with conference representatives. The News Center has specially built an online video interview system. Domestic and foreign journalists can conduct online interviews with the press room of the Great Hall of the People, the press room of the Media Center, and the video interview room of the delegations at the New Century Japan Airlines Hotel through the online video dedicated line. The News Center also provides accommodation and transportation services for domestic and foreign journalists, so that reporters can participate in important interviews organized by the News Center.

Domestic and foreign journalists can promptly understand the service content and measures of the news center, and get more interview materials through the official website "Reporter Zone". The News Center has also opened an overseas journalist registration system and an interview representative application system to facilitate overseas journalists' registration and interview conferences and submit interview applications for conference representatives.
