In order to thoroughly implement the "Three Regulations" of preventing interference in judicial affairs, and better accept supervision from all sectors of society, the Shanghang County People's Procuratorate's implementation of the "Three Regulations" of preventing interference in judicial affairs and the filling of major matters will be announced to the public as follows:
In the third quarter of 2022, the police officers of the Shanghang County People's Procuratorate recorded and reported a total of 19 major matters such as "Three Regulations". After identification, there is no violation of the "three provisions" for preventing interference in the judicial system.
Next step, Shanghang County People's Procuratorate will continue to implement the "three regulations" to prevent interference in judicial affairs as an important measure to implement comprehensive and strict party management and procuratorial management, as an important content and practical action to consciously practice the " two maintenance ", persist in the source governance, promote prosecutors to be more fair and honest, and operate prosecutors more in accordance with the law.
