Suggestions on comprehensive social governance of objects thrown at high altitudes

For a period of time, various cases of objects thrown at high altitudes and falling objects frequently occurred. The serious consequences of this may not only damage the environment, but also endanger life and property safety. In 2019, the Supreme People's Court of issued the "Opinions on Properly Trialing Cases of Throwing and Falling Objects in High Altitudes in accordance with the Law", but related cases in Minhang District still occur from time to time. According to incomplete statistics, from 2019 to 2020, the district grid platform accepted 583 complaints related to high-altitude special throws.
