Ling Huikang, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the District CPPCC, presided over the meeting. The meeting invited Associate Professor Wen Li of Shanghai Socialism College to give a special tutorial report on in-depth study and implementation of the "Regulations on Political Consultative Work of the Communist Party of China".
