"Personal National Standard for Electronic Cigarettes" will be implemented from October 1
"Personal National Standard for Electronic Cigarettes" will be implemented from October 1. The
standard stipulates that the concentration of nicotine in the electronic cigarette atomizer should not be higher than 20mg/g, and the total amount of nicotine should not be higher than 200mg. Limited requirements are made for atomized impurities and pollutants such as heavy metals and arsenic. The additives allowed and maximum amounts of use in the atomizer are clarified. It is also required that electronic cigarettes and cigarettes should have children's startup functions and protective functions to prevent accidental startup.
All fruit-flavored e-cigarettes will be removed from the shelves. The national unified e-cigarette transaction management platform only provides national standard tobacco flavored e-cigarettes and cigarettes with children's locks.
1 October The official implementation of the electronic cosmetics registration certificate
The announcement on the formal implementation of the electronic cosmetics registration certificate issued by the website of the National Medical Products Administration stated that from October 1, an electronic registration certificate will be issued in accordance with the " Cosmetics Registration and Filing Management Measures for Cosmetics Registration and Filing Management Measures for ", as well as special cosmetics that have been approved for registration and renewal of the registration certificate, will be issued.
