The Luqiao District Forest Fire Prevention and Suppression Command established a supervision team to conduct open and secret inspections in the front line without interruption and irregular periods. A special report on work will be compiled and issued monthly, informing towns and villages of work progress, issuing supervision orders, warning and interviewing towns and streets where fires occur, and tracking and evaluating results; each quarter, the assessment will be compared with the assessment items, and the work concept of "working in daily life, exam in normal life, and evaluation in normal life" will be promoted to improve the timeliness of assessment and enhance the fairness of assessment.

By installing fire-proof high-definition cameras, arranging drones to cruise, setting up signal tower , and equipped with ball control and visual individual soldiers, the entire area can be fully covered and monitored, and the built-up area, town and village level is visualized within 30 minutes. Up to now, a total of 200 forest fire prevention high-definition cameras have been installed in the entire district, and 27 drones have been carried out in key areas to achieve full coverage of public network communications in the deep forest areas.
02 Fire source control

Normally carry out special governance of outdoor fire sources and special actions to crack down on illegal use of fire, comprehensively strengthen the control of sacrificial and productive use of fire in agriculture and forestry, and through regular patrols, setting up fixed inspection stations, and mobile inspection vehicles, weaving a dense control network for the entire region without blind spots. Up to now, more than 30,000 people have been organized to conduct group mobile inspections, a total of 120 hidden dangers have been eliminated, 900 people have been dissuaded from using fire, 760 illegal use of fire have been investigated and dealt with and stopped, has administratively detained 235 people, and all illegal use of fire in the wild have been basically controlled.
03 Forest transformation

By opening fire isolation belt , carrying out broadleaf transformation of coniferous forest , planting fire-resistant tree species without oil and fat and high moisture content, etc., it has prompted forest fire prevention from a simple fire-proof isolation stage to a sustainable ecological civilization fire prevention stage, building a natural barrier for forest fire prevention. Up to now, 70 kilometers of fire-proof isolation belts have been managed; in the past three years, 7455 mu of forest cultivation methods have been improved through weeding, cutting, cutting, and pruning.

01 Build a strong professional fire extinguishing team
Road and Bridge District, as a high-risk area for non-forest fires, has self-pressed itself, and has formed a district-level professional forest fire brigade, town and street semi-professional forest fire brigade, village-level fire extinguishing commando and other fire extinguishing teams. Eight regulations and systems have been formulated, standardized construction, quasi-military management , and continuously improve the forest prevention and extermination capabilities in the jurisdiction. This year, a district-level professional forest firefighting team of 30 people was successfully formed, and each forest village in the jurisdiction had a firefighting commando team with 10 people on each forest area and village.
02 Strengthen the configuration of fire extinguishing facilities
Increase funding for fire extinguishing infrastructure construction, accelerate the promotion of the "water diversion to the mountains, and use water to extinguish fire" project, and entrust surveying and mapping personnel to conduct on-site surveys of the water storage points one by one, create a "300-meter water supply circle", and comprehensively improve the construction level of forest fire prevention and extinguishing facilities in the jurisdiction. Up to now, 132 forest fire water tanks and supporting facilities totaling nearly 2,000 cubic meters have been set up in suitable locations such as the top of the mountain and the mountainside.
03 Improve the practical combat capability of fire extinguishing
Control the training of forest fire prevention and suppression tactical skills and knowledge of commanders, firefighters, forest rangers and other forest fire prevention tactical skills and knowledge, and promote the daily and practical education and training, and all fire extinguishing team members should "train daily, monthly, and be ready for work." In order to better meet the actual combat requirements, on the one hand, we will regularly organize practical training for outdoor fire extinguishing and comprehensive practical drills to improve our winning ability. On the other hand, emergency burst exercises of "no hello or rehearse" from time to time test each firefighting team, improve the ability to respond quickly and assemble when emergencies, and ensure that the wartime team can be pulled out and the firefighting equipment can be used. So far, two comprehensive practical drills and 80 emergency drills have been held.
