On September 14, the county party committee deputy secretary and county magistrate Zeng Jianxiang investigated and supervised the epidemic prevention and control work, and county leaders Cai Xiaogang, Li Changjiang, and heads of relevant county-level departments participated in the investigation. During the
investigation, Zeng Jianxiang inspected the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures on the spot, and provided on-site guidance on personnel information ledger registration, nucleic acid testing capacity, material reserve and other related work.
Zeng Jianxiang pointed out that the epidemic situation in many places across the country has recently spread, and the prevention and control situation remains severe. The whole county must conscientiously implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on "the epidemic must be prevented, the economy must be stabilized, and development must be safe", adhere to the general strategy of "preventing imported cases from outside" and the general policy of "dynamic zeroing", resolutely and strictly implement various prevention and control measures in detail, and continuously improve the timeliness, pertinence, scientificity and effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control work, and ensure the harmony and stability of the overall social situation.
Zeng Jianxiang emphasized that we must always adhere to the people first and life first, establish a bottom-line thinking, enhance risk awareness, maintain the activation state of the emergency command system, implement a flat management model, tighten and consolidate the "four-party responsibilities", and accurately implement various measures of "preventing imports from outside". We must keep a close eye on key places such as highway service stations and "one triple stations", take "preventing imports from outside" as the top priority, and strictly and meticulously carry out accurate inspections and classified controls of vehicles and personnel coming to (returning) Sui, and use stricter, more accurate and more refined control and investigation measures to build a tight line of defense for "preventing imports from outside". We must make full use of the working mechanism of "one center, one network, ten connecting households" and give full play to the role of the head of the household, so that the people can know the latest policies and requirements for epidemic prevention and control in provinces, cities and counties at the first time, further educate and guide the people to consciously abide by epidemic prevention and control regulations, strengthen the people's self-prevention awareness, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work. We must implement epidemic prevention and control measures in crowded places such as pharmacies and supermarkets. We must strictly conduct nucleic acid testing, disinfection and disinfection for employees in key industries and key places in accordance with the time and frequency requirements, and comprehensively promote the application of "place codes", and resolutely implement "scan every time you enter, check every time you scan, and pass the green code, and do not miss a single person." We must fully enter a state of war, based on the principle of "separation as much as possible, early separation, and quick separation", fully equipped isolation rooms according to the standards, strictly regulate the management of isolation places, comprehensively improve isolation management capabilities, and ensure the safety of people's lives and health.
