Recently, Yantai Development and Reform Commission and 13 other departments jointly issued the "Notice on Establishing a Linked Supervision and Management Mechanism for Public Resources Transaction in Yantai" (Yandao Development and Reform Public Management [2022] No. 309). The notice further clarified the division of responsibilities of the linkage supervision and management of the comprehensive management agencies of public resource trading, administrative supervision departments, public resource trading platform operation service agencies, and discipline inspection and supervision agencies, public security departments, and audit departments. It established a joint inspection, investigation, joint investigation, transfer and linkage cooperation mechanism of multiple departments to form a linkage supervision work model in which each department cooperates and supervises each other.
Establishing a linkage supervision and management mechanism for public resource transactions is an important measure to implement the "Opinions of the Yantai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Striving to Be a Benchmark City for Clean Construction" and continuously optimize the business environment for public resource transactions. It effectively solves the problems of poor information sharing, poor coordination and cooperation among various departments, focusing on management and neglect supervision, focusing on inspection and neglect processing, and create a public resource transaction supervision situation that works together and helps to create a "sunshine transaction" brand of public resources.
