According to RIA Novosti reported on June 30 , the press office of Russia's "National Technology Initiative" (NTI) recently stated that Russian experts have proposed preliminary standards for 5G OpenRAN networks that are compatible with international counterparts and meet European requirements.

The source said, "The Technical Committee on Cyber-Physical Systems is submitting a series of new 5G OpenRAN network preliminary national standards for public discussion. Their approval will ensure and accelerate the implementation of Russia's 5th generation communication technology.
