Prince Andrew was about to sell the cabin for US$23.7 million and agreed to use the funds to repay the debt. The socialite (former landlord) has since abandoned her legal action. A source close to the proceedings told the newspaper: “The court proceedings have been withdrawn and the matter is close to being resolved. Everyone is satisfied.”
