Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standards of Guizhou Province
Municipal (autonomous prefecture) Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus and relevant units:
In accordance with the requirements of the "Minimum Wage Regulations" (Ministry of Labor and Social Security Order No. 21) and the "Notice on Further Adjustment of Minimum Wage Standards" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Issue (2015) No. 114), based on the economic and social development of our province, with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the consent of the Provincial People's Government, it was decided to make the following adjustments to the minimum wage standards in our province.
1. Specific standards
(1) Monthly minimum wage standard
First-category areas: 1,890 yuan per month; Second-category areas: 1,760 yuan per month; Third-category areas: 1,660 yuan per month.
The monthly minimum wage standard includes the basic pension insurance premiums, medical insurance premiums, unemployment insurance premiums and housing provident fund that workers should pay. It does not include overtime wages paid to workers, allowances for special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and hazardous, etc., as well as labor welfare benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.
(2) The hourly minimum wage standard for part-time employees
Class I areas: 19.60 yuan per hour; Class II areas: 18.30 yuan per hour; Class III areas: 17.20 yuan per hour.
The hourly minimum wage standard for part-time employees includes basic pension insurance premiums and basic medical insurance fees paid by the employer.
2. Scope of application
The minimum wage standard applies to all types of enterprises, individual economic organizations , private non-enterprise units and other organizations in our province, as well as state agencies, public institutions , social groups and workers with whom they have established labor relations.
3. Implementation time
This adjusted minimum wage standard will be implemented on on February 1, 2023. The "Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Guizhou Province" (Qianrenshefa [2019] No. 16) issued in 2019 will be abolished at the same time.
