Hello fellow comrades, some comrades have already obtained the new version of discharge certificate , which is now unified across the military and is called a discharge certificate from active service. Personally, I still have a suggestion for some retirement certificates for us veterans.
First of all, we see that for the comrades who retired this year, no matter what their status is, whether they are officers, non-commissioned officers, conscripts, or what kind of military service they are, such as the army, navy, air force, rocket force, and armed police, they are all issued with certificates of retirement from active service. The unification of certificates for withdrawal from active service shows that the construction of our people's army has become more standardized and formalized in this area.
Because to be honest in the past, whether it was a transfer certificate or a demobilization certificate, or a conscript withdrawal certificate from active service, or a non-commissioned officer's withdrawal certificate, there was no essential difference at all. They were all called "retirement from active service", which would be more standardized when unified.
Secondly, the new version of the retirement certificate we are seeing now is different from the previous retirement certificate in terms of the layout design and content setting. The certificate of retirement from active service feels like a large 32, just like the academic certificate of our military academy. It is more grand and not a small notebook.
Then the content is also very standardized, all are machine-typed, unlike the hand-typed ones we used before, and the elements are relatively complete, including a relatively important citizenship number, and there is also a placement method with notes, which is equivalent to clarifying some of the previous ways to exit the encounter.
Thirdly, of course, as a comrade who has received various discharge certificates or certificates in the past, I personally have a suggestion, which is to see if there can be an electronic version of the discharge certificate in the future, just like graduation certificates, college diplomas, etc., which can be checked online, and no one can fake it.
In fact, this is not complicated. In the past, all the major military regions had unified and compiled retirement certificates. For example, the general retirement certificates for each war zone were compiled uniformly. So now that electronic retirement certificates are online, I think it is okay. If it is lost in the future, there is no chance that it cannot be found.
