If everyone knows that this policy is clear, things will be easier to handle. For example, it is clear that disabled soldiers can buy plane tickets, bus tickets, and train tickets at half price, and it is clear that active military personnel can take buses for free. But when retired soldiers take buses, some places are free, and some places are not. If you encounter buses that are not free, it will be more embarrassing for you to go. There is also the so-called priority for retired military personnel. I have seen many local public offices, banks, and government service halls giving priority to retired military personnel, including hospitals. You have obvious signs saying that active military personnel and retired military personnel are given priority. But how do you give priority?
