The global OTT platform Netflix has launched topical dramas one after another, but it keeps making mistakes. For example, " Squid Game " not only used a real number in the "registration phone number", so that the owner's phone number was blown up, and now the bonus account is also true! However, Netflix only compensated the victims 1 million Korean won (approximately NT$24,000). However, after another show "D.P: Deserter" was sued by South Korea's 7-11, it actually agreed to modify the content, causing netizens to accuse Netflix of being ignorant!

Unexpected controversy arose after the broadcast of "Squid Game". For example, in the drama, Kong Liu handed over the registration phone number on the business card, but actually used a real-life 8-digit number ( Generally, Korean dramas will be missing one digit, or some numbers will be digitized). As a result, curious viewers actually started calling wildly, causing the victim's phone to ring until the battery ran out. However, the production company asked the victim to change his number and only compensated NT$24,000. Netizens called him "super disappointed with Netflix" and "super irresponsible."

Not only that, the bank account after winning 45.6 billion Korean won in the end was actually real. Some netizens actually tested it and planned to transfer 1 yuan of Korean won according to the account number in the drama. On the transfer confirmation page, it was clearly shown that the account was a digital account "Kakao Bank" and the owner was "Li XX", which made people question whether it was another outsourcing? But Netflix stated that this account had been used after prior agreement.

There is more than one controversy over Netflix's outsourcing. The previously released "D.P: Deserter" tells the story of bullying in the military. The perpetrator of the bullying once worked at a 7-11 in South Korea. He even showed that when he wanted to destroy products that expired after 12 o'clock, he was stopped by the store manager. After the drama aired, the convenience store angrily filed a lawsuit, and the latest results came out. Netflix producers agreed to modify the plot and use special effects to cover up the 7-Eleven logo.
Netizens shouted that this was unfair. Netflix faced concerns about the way it handled it for individuals and businesses. However, Netflix has said that it has recognized the problem and will deal with it as satisfactorily as possible.
