Xi'an City Notice on Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control Work in Some Areas of the City Wall
To quickly and effectively block the spread of the epidemic and effectively protect the health of citizens in the city, according to the relevant provisions of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", after comprehensive analysis and judgment, the notice was decided to strengthen epidemic prevention and control work in some areas of the city wall as follows:
1. Regional scope
Xi'an City Wall Andingmen (Zhengximen) to Xi'an City Wall Changlemen (Zhengdongmen) (north east and west streets), east of Beimadao Lane and Lianmeng Lane, south of Shuncheng North Road, and west of Shuncheng East Road.
2. Work requirements
(I) Minimize the flow of people. The communities and units in the above-mentioned areas only retain one entrance and exit, and implement 24-hour duty and duty. Except for those involved in epidemic prevention and control, all personnel should minimize the flow of the personnel and implement home office and study. If you really need to leave this area due to special circumstances, you must obtain approval from the community and hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.
(II) Actively report and cooperate with the implementation of control measures. Citizens across the city who have travel history in medium and high-risk areas and above areas within the city within the past 7 days should take the initiative to report to the community, unit and hotel, and cooperate with the implementation of control measures. In the past 7 days, people who have been to the key risk points involved in the above-mentioned positive cases (see the list of key risk points at the end of the article) and have left the area will implement 7-day home isolation measures; in the above-mentioned areas, people who have been to the above-mentioned areas, who have left the area and have not been to the above-mentioned areas, have implemented 7-day home isolation measures; in the past 7 days, people who have been to the above-mentioned areas, who have left the area and have not been to the key risk points, have implemented self-health monitoring and completed nucleic acid test "5-day 3 tests", during which they do not take public transportation or go to public places. The implementation time of the control measures shall be calculated from the date of leaving the above-mentioned area.
(III) Do a good job in nucleic acid testing and health monitoring. Residents are requested to actively cooperate with flow investigation and participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner as required. Consciously abide by various epidemic prevention and control regulations, strictly implement personal prevention and control responsibilities, maintain good hygiene habits, and report symptoms such as fever and cough as soon as possible. If you receive a risk warning text message, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and reporting in accordance with the text message requirements.
(IV) Strive to serve and ensure the lives of the people in the enclosed area. Advocate "contactless" delivery of materials. Care for special groups such as the elderly living alone, the disabled, pregnant women, etc. If you have medical needs such as critically ill patients, pregnant women, chronic diseases, etc., you can apply for the community to contact the traffic security vehicle immediately to "point-to-point" pick-up and drop-off.
(V) Seriously investigate and punish illegal acts in epidemic prevention and control. Please pay attention to the release of official information in a timely manner, and do not spread rumors, spread rumors, or believe rumors. Those who conceal, misreport or falsely report personal information will be held accountable in accordance with the law for those who forge information, spread rumors, refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention and control, and disrupt social order.
