1. All people coming to (return) Wan passed the entrance of " Alipay One Henan Affairs and Report" 3 days in advance, and filled in and submitted according to the actual situation. After arriving in Wan, we will report our itinerary to the village (community) and units truthfully as soon as possible, and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control department to implement health management measures such as information inspection.
2. Anyone who comes to (returns) to Wan from Nanyang City must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (counties and cities where the epidemic occurs must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours). After arriving in Wan, nucleic acid test will be carried out, and the "three-day two-test" health management measures will be implemented.
3. After the arrival of the city (returned) personnel from the city arrive in Wan, they must cooperate with the implementation of the "one test, one scan and four inspections" (temperature measurement, place code, check the nucleic acid test results, health code , itinerary code, and report records). Those who do not report must make a supplementary registration and report on the site, and conduct a free "on-site inspection" at the inspection card point, and leave immediately without waiting for the nucleic acid test results. Do nucleic acid on the first and third days after returning to their residence, and then participate in the normalized nucleic acid test in Nanyang.
4. Inbound personnel shall be subject to 7 days of centralized quarantine and medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring. Nucleic acid tests will be carried out on the first, second, third, fifth and seven days of centralized medical observation, and nucleic acid tests will be carried out on the third day of home health monitoring. People who have been in centralized quarantine in the first place of entry for 7 days will be subject to 3 days of home health monitoring after arriving in Wan. If the centralized isolation is not implemented in the first place of entry or the centralized isolation is less than 7 days, the centralized isolation time will be filled.
5. For those who have traveled to (returned) Wan in the streets (towns) where high-risk areas are located within the past 7 days, 7 days of centralized isolation will be implemented; for those who come to (returned) Wan in the streets (towns) where medium-risk areas are located, 7 days of home isolation will be implemented. If the conditions for home isolation cannot be fully met, centralized isolation will be implemented; for those who come to (returned) Wan in the county (city, district) where low-risk areas are located, 7 days of home health monitoring will be implemented. During Home health monitoring, people living together will not go out except for special circumstances such as medical treatment, and it is strictly prohibited to participate in gathering activities.
6. People coming to (returning) Wan in other key areas.
1. People from Tibet Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to (return) Wan will be subject to 7-day centralized isolation and "point-to-point" transportation;
2. 7. For areas where local epidemics occur and medium- and high-risk areas have not been announced, but have been determined to have a risk of epidemic spillover, the personnel coming to (returning) Wan will be managed according to the risk level determination results, according to the high, medium and low-risk areas.
