"Only You" is a romantic, fresh and slightly abused love movie. The film is performed by the male god So Ji-sup and the goddess Han Hyo-joo . It was released in South Korea on October 20, 2011. It is the opening film of the 16th Busan International Film Festival .
The male protagonist Zhemin (played by Su Ji-seok) was once an excellent boxer. Now he delivers distilled water during the day and works as a gatekeeper in the building at night to make a living. By chance, I met the heroine Jinghua (played by Han Hyo-joo). Jinghua suffered from eye disease and could not see things, but often came here to "watch TV" with the old guard of the previous doorman. Although I didn't know each other, Jinghua believed that he was a reliable person from Zhemin's voice. In this way, the two began their embarrassing and joyful evening TV life every day. The sound of the blind stick hitting the ground when Jinghua arrived gradually became the most moving music in Zhemin's ears. The distance between the two gradually narrowed.

After listening to the concert with Zhemin, she asked about Zhemin curiously and unexpectedly received a cold answer, and the two who were already close were separated. It turned out that after giving up boxing, Zhemin became a thug to collect accounts for others and had hurt many people. When collecting the bills, the uncle who was in debt ignited the gasoline on his body because he lost hope in life and jumped downstairs. For this reason, Zhemin was in prison for four years. After that, he reformed and often went to see the uncle who survived and lived in a nursing home. Baptism was received in search of redemption.
Jinghua's boss often took the opportunity to bother her at work. One night, the boss who had completely tear off the mask tried to rape Xiuhua, but was stopped by the rushed Zhemin in time. Jinghua almost collapsed. Zhemin made a promise to her that she would take care of her in the future. After a brief consideration, Jinghua decided to change her lifestyle. Zhemin gave Jinghua a golden retriever to accompany her and took her to the river near the orphanage where she used to be. This place carries most of Zhemin's childhood memories. The two of them held their hands firmly together, which was also the distance between their hearts at this moment. Jinghua began a new life from then on, and the arrival of Zhemin brought hope and light to her heart.
Zhemin worked harder and started boxing again. He had a smile that he had never had before, because there was one more person in his life and a more responsibility. Jinghua took him to worship his parents, and Zhemin learned the reason why Jinghua's eyes were injured. It turned out that it was when Zhenmin was collecting debts. The uncle who jumped from the upstairs made Jinghua, who was driving, distracted from the car. He collided with the truck, his eyes were traumatized, and his parents also died in that car accident. Zhemin couldn't control his trembling heart. He felt deeply guilty for Jinghua. It turned out that fate had already connected the two, but unfortunately the price he paid was unacceptable.
Just as Zhemin was upset, Jinghua's eyes also began to deteriorate. The doctor suggested surgery, otherwise he would be blind forever. Zhemin, who urgently needed money, took risks and went to Thailand to play a life-and-death boxing match. He originally made an agreement with Xiuhua to be the first person she met after her eyes recovered, but he had to start a journey to a foreign country after sending Jinghua into the operating room. With his deep longing in his heart, the Philosopher miraculously turned defeat into victory, but because of his victory, he harmed the interests of the boss behind the scenes. Cheolin, who had just returned to Korea, was assassinated and the bonus for his life was taken away. The moment he fell down, the last picture in his mind must be Jinghua's face.
Jinghua's operation was very successful, but there was no news about Zhemin anymore. With the uncle, she knew everything behind the car accident, but at this time she had only one decision in her heart, and she must find Zhemin.
In the blink of an eye, two years have passed, and Zhemin miraculously survived. He has been in the hospital for two years. After being transferred, he accidentally met Jinghua, who was volunteering on this road. However, he was disfigured and disabled, and he did not have the courage to call out the name hidden deep in his heart. The lover he had been thinking about day and night is right in front of him but could not recognize each other. Zhemin quietly shed tears. After being discharged from the hospital, Zhemin was about to leave, and unexpectedly met Jinghua on the street. The dog that was given to Jinghua once recognized Zhemin and barked at him. Zhemin hurriedly walked away. When Jinghua finally woke up and realized that it was the person she had been looking for. She ran out to find that figure. In the vast sea of people, Zhemin had long disappeared. Jinghua kneeled on the street and cried heartbrokenly. When I saw this, I was deeply infected by her emotions and felt that my heart also hurt. Han Xiaozhou's performance was really shocking.
The picture turned, and Zhemin sat in the bus. He thought the story would end so regretfully, but he didn't expect that he came to the river where the two of them had a relationship. It seemed that they had a heart of each other, and Jinghua also found this place. Zhemin turned around, and at that moment, time stopped, and there seemed to be only two people left between heaven and earth. They were crying, hugging, and thousands of words finally came. It formed a sentence: "Jinghua, I love you"
Su Ji-seok's handsome appearance and melancholy eyes, combined with Han Hyo-joo's bright smile and ethereal temperament, became a pleasing picture. Coupled with the sincere emotions contained in the story itself, it is difficult for anyone not to be moved by this movie. Thanks to the director for giving everyone a happy ending.
