Xu Yaochang explained that the forecast data shows that the average wind speed in Miao County is 5 to 6 levels, the maximum gust is 8 to 9 levels, the rainfall on the flat ground is 200 to 300 mm, and the rainfall on the mountain is 300 to 600 mm.
