Typhoon Nisha has gone out from Miaoli Zhunan late at night, with a slightly weakening intensity. The following is Typhoon Haitang. Its storm circle is expected to hit the land this morning. The typhoon center will land from Tainan and Kaohsiung as soon as 6 pm. People must pay more attention to the continuous rainfall brought by the southwest airflow to the central and southern regions.
Central Meteorological Bureau stated that the No. 10 Haitang Typhoon Center is currently on the southwest sea of Eluanbi , moving to the north and north. Its storm circle gradually enters the sea of Dongsha Island and the Bashi Strait . There may be local heavy rain or super heavy rain in the high-screen area.
Meteorological Bureau pointed out that after Nisha goes to sea, it will pull the light Taiwan begonia to produce the Fujiwara effect. "Begonia quickly approaches". It is estimated that the begonia storm circle touches the land this morning, and will start from the south all the way north at noon. The typhoon center will land in Tainan and Kaohsiung in the afternoon. Although the typhoon is not strong, friends in the south will "directly feel the power of the typhoon without the central mountain range barrier"!
In addition, because the Nisha Center has gone out to sea, the impact on Taiwan’s island has rapidly decreased. The rain in the eastern half will gradually ease, the rain in the central and southern regions will significantly increase, and the daytime rain in the northern region can also slow down. Penghu , Kinmen and Mazu have begun to turn into the weather pattern of showers.
