丨Central Academy of Fine Arts (China and France) School of Art and Design Management (hereinafter referred to as "China and Law School")
Central Academy of Fine Arts Chinese Law School Shanghai Campus is located in the new area of Lingang , Lingang , Shanghai Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 263 mu, with a campus area of 40,000 square meters. The campus is located in the second ring zone of the main urban area of Lingang, close to the Drifhui Lake, and the natural environment is extremely beautiful. The main teaching building consists of five related buildings with an area of nearly 15,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive building integrating teaching, art gallery exhibitions, art library, etc. The second phase campus project is under construction. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Law School has three undergraduate majors: art, art history theory, and art management, with an enrollment of 300 students each year and a total number of 1,200 students.

Chinese Law School is the first Sino-foreign cooperative education institution approved by the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In September 2019, the Chinese Academy of Law was officially approved by the Ministry of Education (Extra-Teacher Letter [2019] No. 63). In cooperation with the Sorbonne University in France and the KEDGE Business School in France, it established the Central Academy of Fine Arts (Sino-France) School of Art and Design Management in Shanghai, and recruited the first batch of undergraduate students in 2019. After selection, the Chinese Academy of Law admitted the first batch of students from the 2019 undergraduate students of various departments of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In the next four years, they will complete their studies at the Beijing Campus of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai Campus, and French cooperative college campuses, and obtain a double degree in Chinese and French undergraduate degree.

1. The academic system of the Chinese and French Academy is four years, and the course is set as a dual-degree course in China and France. After completing all courses and passing the grades, students can obtain the undergraduate graduation certificate of French colleges and universities after passing the courses in the third academic year. If the fourth academic year has expired and the grades are qualified, the graduation certificate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts will be awarded; if the degree is met, the Central Academy of Fine Arts will be awarded bachelor's degree certificate and the French bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded.
2. Students can apply to study at the French Kaizhi Business School in the third academic year. They need to have considerable French communication skills when studying in France. Students who do not apply to study in France are still studying on the Shanghai campus and receive the same graduation certificate and dual degree certificate as students studying in France.
3. The Chinese Law School will offer professional English and French language courses to help students adapt to professional courses in English or French taught by French institutions.
4. Chinese Law School uses Chinese, English and French teaching, with Chinese courses (including public courses stipulated by the state) accounting for about 60%, while foreign language courses (all professional courses) accounting for 40%.
5. According to the agreement of Sino-French cooperative colleges of Sino-French, students of Sino-French College can directly apply for different majors of Sorbonne University or Kyc Business School to pursue second-year master's degree courses in the fifth year after obtaining the undergraduate diploma and double degree diploma of both China and France in the fourth year of the fourth year of the year of the Chinese and French.
