special team adopted a "carpet-style" investigation method, and in accordance with the working idea of "finding people with cars, looking for cars with people, looking for cars with people, and looking for cars", comprehensively and quickly investigated vehicle information and positioned the owners and vehicle locations of National III vehicles. At the same time, enterprises will be distributed in-depth by enterprises and held symposiums for enterprise leaders to widely publicize the importance and subsidy policies of eliminating diesel trucks with emission standards of National III and below, urge enterprises to fulfill their main responsibilities, accelerate the progress of elimination, and change "passive elimination" to "active elimination".
Because most of the vehicles that were reported to be recovered and eliminated were traveling in other places, Gao Zijie, deputy mayor of Chenliu Town, led the backbone of business Liu Hongwei, Zhang Erjun, Wu Guanghui, Li Hongliang and police officers from the police station to travel thousands of miles, traveling to Heze, Cao County, Shandong and other places, overcoming numerous difficulties to recover the eliminated vehicles, with a total itinerary of more than 1,500 kilometers. During the recovery process, some car owners were unwilling to cooperate with vehicle elimination work due to long-term transportation contracts with the company, or the vehicle insurance and annual inspections did not expire.
