Teacher burnout refers to a series of psychological and physiological syndromes that teachers cannot successfully deal with work or work relationships. It is the exhaustion of emotions, attitudes and behaviors caused by teachers under long-term stress experience.

It not only has a negative impact on teachers' own career development and quality of life, but is also not conducive to the healthy growth of students and the improvement of school education and teaching quality.

In recent years, my country's society has developed rapidly, the whole society has deepened its attention to education, and teachers' professional burnout has gradually received attention, becoming a hot issue in the field of basic education.

This issue focuses on the causes, influencing factors and intervention strategies of primary and secondary school teachers' professional burnout. From both theoretical and practical aspects, it explores the practical path to crack the "dormant" of primary and secondary school teachers' professional burnout, in order to provide teachers and schools with more professional "diagnosis" and more specific "treatment".
