From January to May this year, Jiangxi Province used anti-fraud platforms to carry out countermeasures on telephone and Internet fraud technology, actively intercepting 326,000 fraud calls, 59,000 fraud numbers, and blocking 386,000 fraud domain names and URLs. Monitoring found that 503,000 highly suspected fraud user numbers were used for dissuasion and early warning by provincial and municipal anti-fraud centers to avoid property losses of more than 500 million yuan.
In order to effectively curb criminals’ illegal purchase and sale of telephone cards for telecommunications network fraud, various basic telecommunications companies have continued to clean up high-risk cards such as "sleep cards", "silent cards", and "one certificates and multiple cards". Jiangxi Province was the first in the country to launch anti-fraud warning models such as "change cards", "one certificates and multiple cards separation", and launched secondary online or offline actual verification, and shut down 3.35 million high-risk telephone cards.
