Fire automatic alarm and fire linkage control system host is mainly composed of ① host motherboard , ② loop card, ③ manual control panel, ④ multi-wire control panel, ⑤ DC uninterruptible power supply, ⑥ fire emergency broadcast system, ⑦ fire telephone system, ⑧ CRT system, ⑨ chassis, etc.
1. Host motherboard
The mainboard is the core component of the fire alarm controller, which determines the maximum capacity and performance of the controller. Different products and models vary. When selecting, the main motherboard must not only meet the capacity required by this project, but also consider whether there are factors such as rebuilding and expansion projects that share the host, and whether it is possible to change the usage function of the building. Based on this, the number of loop cards must be determined and the selected mainboard must be finally determined.
2. Loop card
loop card is divided into two categories: double loop and single loop, and most of them are double loop cards on the market. Single-loop card is used in projects with very few points. Loop cards also vary greatly due to different manufacturers, so you should understand the specific situation of the product when selecting it. Some loop cards can only have smart detectors, some loop cards can only have monitoring/control modules, and some loop cards can mix smart detectors and addressing modules. Therefore, when selecting a loop card, you should calculate the total number of points of each fire partition based on the fire partition and floor, and a 15% to 20% expansion margin should be reserved according to the specifications to determine the number of loop cards.
3. Manual control panel
Manual control panel is the operating panel for manually remotely controlling fire-fighting linkage equipment. It belongs to bus control and is used to control positive pressure blower , smoke exhaust fan, elevator, broadcast, fire hydrant pump, spray pump and other linkage equipment. The total number of points to be controlled should be calculated and the margin is 10% greater than the total number of points should be selected.
4. Multi-wire control panel
Multi-wire control panel controls the start and stop of fire equipment, and should display its working status. It is a backup guarantee for the fire linkage system. When the fire automatic alarm control system cannot work normally, it requires the control panel to be used when artificially starting the fire equipment. The number of control points corresponds to the fire control equipment one by one, and is connected by hard contact point, which is equivalent to the on-site start and stop buttons of the equipment, and is aimed at fire linkage control equipment such as fume exhaust machines, positive pressure blowers, fire pumps, and spray pumps. Currently, multi-wire control panels on the market will be used with an isolation module. The module is non-encoded, and its main function is to achieve strong and weak electrical isolation of the fire alarm system and prevent the strong electrical power from entering the alarm system and burning the alarm equipment when the fire equipment is operated.
5. DC uninterruptible power supply
DC uninterruptible power supply is a DC24V large-capacity power supply output device. In the fire alarm control system, it is used as the power supply of the linkage control system to supply power to the linkage control module and the controlled equipment. Power box uses AC 220V as the main power supply, has built-in DC24V sealed lead battery as the backup power supply, uses a switching power supply voltage stabilization circuit and a backup power floating charging circuit, and has automatic output overcurrent protection, main and backup power switching, and complete backup power automatic charging and backup power overdischarge protection functions. At the same time, this intelligent power box can monitor the output status of the main, backup power and power supply. It can report main and backup power failures, output failures, and also display the output voltage and output current, which can intuitively observe the working status of the power box.
1. Ensure that the output current can meet the current required when the maximum device is started in the automatic state. Equipment that requires power supply to the power supply disk include output modules, input and output modules, sound and light alarms, alarm bell modules, broadcast modules, etc. If the firefighting equipment is just pure resistive load , only steady-state current needs to be considered; if there is still capacitive load , then the impact current, that is, action current, . The inspection current of these modules is generally about 5mA, and the current at startup is 7 to 10 times the inspection current.
2. Ensure that the voltage of the terminal equipment is sufficient to drive the equipment when the line is fully loaded. When the wire is very long and the current is large, the voltage drop on the wire is more obvious, which may cause the voltage of the terminal equipment to be lower than the working voltage and cannot operate normally.
3. When floor display is used, since its working current and alarm current are much larger than other devices, a power disk specially designed for them needs to be configured and a dedicated power line is arranged on the floor display.
4. Each power disk must be equipped with a set of batteries as backup power supply, and the motherboard must also be equipped with a set of batteries as backup power supply.
6. Fire emergency broadcast system
Fire emergency broadcast system is mainly composed of sound source equipment (with sound playback and recording functions), power amplifier , processing equipment, output modules and lines, speakers and other equipment. It is an important equipment for fire evacuation and fire extinguishing command, and plays an extremely important role in the entire fire control management system. When a fire occurs, the emergency broadcast signal source equipment sends a signal. After being amplified by the power amplifier, the fire host drives the modules in the corresponding area to realize emergency broadcast. The output power of the power amplifier selected for large places such as shopping malls should be about 1.5 times the total power of the maximum adjacent layer three broadcast during a fire. If emergency broadcasts are usually used as background music, the power of the power amplifier should be about 1.5 times the sum of all broadcast power, otherwise the power amplifier will start overload protection and make it impossible to output background music.
7. Fire telephone system
Fire telephone system is a fire special communication system, divided into two types: bus system and multi-wire system. Through it, it can quickly realize manual confirmation of the fire, timely grasp the situation on the fire, and facilitate command of fire extinguishing.
bus fire telephone system consists of a fire telephone host and fire alarm controller installed in the fire control center, a special fire telephone module for fire telephone, a fire telephone socket and a fire telephone sub-mechanism. The fire telephone special module is a coding module that is directly connected to the fire alarm controller bus and needs to be connected to the DC24V power bus. In order to realize the transmission of telephone voice signals, it is also necessary to connect to the fire telephone bus. The special module for fire telephones has a telephone jack, which can be directly used for bus phone extensions.
8. CRT system
CRT system fire alarm monitoring and management system, used for graphical display of automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system, which can realize simple and intuitive monitoring of the system. It is mainly operated by computer host, monitor, automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system operation software, and CRTs can be connected through local area networks, ordinary telephone lines, RS232 and other methods to receive, send and display abnormal information of the equipment and host information, thereby realizing remote central monitoring of the fire alarm system.
9. Chassis
When all the above systems are selected, the chassis can be selected for assembly. Generally, small automatic alarm and linkage systems use wall-mounted chassis, which greatly facilitates engineering installation due to its small size. This type of equipment is mainly used in small projects such as bathing and dancing centers, restaurants, small libraries, bars, supermarkets, substations, etc.; large chassis mainly includes vertical cabinets and qintai cabinets, which are mainly used in large-scale residential communities, large gymnasiums, shopping malls, office buildings and other high-rise large buildings; if a CRT system is used, it is best to choose a qintai cabinet, because the qintai cabinet itself comes with a CRT monitor placing platform, and there is no need to purchase additional computer desks and other equipment.
