This is one of the important measures taken by the Municipal Party Committee Civilization Office to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Municipal Party Committee’s special action on “changing work style, strengthening services, and doing practical things” to concentrate on improving the special action.
In order to deepen the creation of the industry, improve the level of civilized services in the window industry, and promote urban civilization construction, from April to July this year, the Municipal Party Committee Civilization Office took the lead in the 2021 "Civilized Service Star" selection and publicity and display activities. Once upon a time, in order to facilitate nearly 8,000 relocated households in Gushan, Hengyu and other places to handle the business of dismantling and cancelling metering, she not only set up counters and fast channels in the power supply business hall, but also worked with the district manager to handle the matter on site to simplify the service procedures and speed up the processing speed. Lin Minfang is a first-level police chief of the Comprehensive Squadron of Xindian Police Station of Fuzhou Public Security Bureau. The average daily reception volume of Xindian Police Station at the household registration window reached four or five hundred people. For this reason, she took the initiative to extend her service time and arrived at work 1 hour early every day. She also used her leave work time to organize the materials needed for common household registration business and make a notification form. On the premise of adhering to the working principle, Lin Minfang also implemented innovative measures such as the first-time police responsibility system for window services and the "no veto" mechanism for service windows to effectively reduce the number of people's round trips and waiting time. In the 32 years since she became a police officer, she has maintained a zero-error record.
