1. Arrange travel reasonably and advocate celebrating the festival locally. advocates that citizens should not go out unless necessary, celebrate the festival locally as much as possible, and minimize cross-provincial travel. In principle, do not go to cities where medium and high-risk areas are located, areas and border cities where local positive cases have been reported. If you really need to travel, you should understand the epidemic situation and prevention and control requirements at the destination in advance. Take flights, high-speed rail, trains and cross-provincial long-distance passenger transports to , and strictly take personal protection during the journey.
2. Report in advance forever. actively persuades families and friends in medium and high-risk areas of the domestic epidemic and areas where local infections have already reported to postpone their coming and returning to Yong. If the above-mentioned personnel and personnel outside the province really need to come to Yong, they should hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and they must go through the "Yongfang Code" or enter the "Yongzhou Release" WeChat official account entrance for independent declaration (the application process is attached), arrive in Yonghou and take the initiative to receive a "ground inspection" of nucleic acid at the transportation station or highway exit (highway epidemic prevention service point) and conduct a "3-day 2-test" of nucleic acid in the first three days. On the third day, the nucleic acid test results will not enter and exit the places of crowd gathering, participate in gathering activities, and take public transportation, and cooperate with the implementation of corresponding health management measures.
3. Be vigilant in all kinds of "small doors". needs to consciously scan the "place code" when entering various public places. When checking in or entering various hotels, hotels, tourist attractions and commercial closed places in , should issue a negative nucleic acid certificate within 72 hours. public places operating (management) units must earnestly perform their main responsibilities, implement their responsibilities of observing the "small door", urge and persuade people to enter to scan the place code, and check the health code , itinerary card and negative nucleic acid test certificate.
4. Minimize gathering activities. will not hold large-scale gatherings such as training, exhibitions, and art performances unless necessary. If it is necessary, the organizer must formulate a risk assessment and epidemic prevention and control plan, grasp the list of participants and check the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Try to keep the family private gatherings within 10 people as much as possible, advocate delaying and simplifying wedding and funeral banquets, and advise guests to undergo nucleic acid tests within 48 hours before attending the banquet. In principle, people outside the province and those with infected people who report their travel history in the region will not be invited to participate.
5. Strengthen normalized nucleic acid testing. The general public should undergo nucleic acid test within 7 days. Key personnel engaged in risk positions should actively participate in regular nucleic acid testing in accordance with the requirements of the nucleic acid testing frequency of the industry and the unit. Around and after National Day, the frequency of nucleic acid testing for key institutions, places and personnel such as express delivery, hotel services, transportation, decoration and loading, shopping malls and supermarkets, agricultural trade (collective trade) markets, closed places, nursing homes, supervision places, construction sites, etc. will be adjusted to 1 inspection in 2 days.
Please pay attention to epidemic prevention policies in a timely manner, take personal protection and support and cooperate with various epidemic prevention and control work. If you experience symptoms of fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc., you should go to a medical institution with a standardized fever clinic for treatment nearest, do not take public transportation to seek medical treatment, and wear a mask throughout the journey. If the epidemic spreads due to concealment, false reporting, violation of regulations, and failure to listen to dissuasion, the relevant liability will be pursued in accordance with the law.
