At present, all civil engineering parts of the project have been completed and have entered the equipment installation stage.

The ultra-low emission transformation project of the 80MW residual gas generator set of China Steel Thermal Power Plant adopts the current domestic advanced dry ultra-clean process. After operation, the emissions of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and dust will all be lower than the standards required by the new environmental protection law, achieving ultra-low emissions.

In order to comprehensively control the quality, safety and progress of construction, regular engineering meetings are held every week to communicate and coordinate problems in the construction process with the project construction unit, straighten out the construction organization procedures, and strive to complete and put into production as scheduled to achieve results. After the project is put into operation, the concentrations of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and dust in the exhaust flue gas will fully comply with national standards. 】
It is understood that the desulfurization and denitrification projects of 150,000 ton rotary kiln flue gas in auxiliary materials plants are also being promoted simultaneously. The project has added desulfurization and low-temperature SCR denitrification devices, equipped with high-temperature thermal analysis system, ammonia water station system and supply system, etc., and adopts the domestic advanced "calcium-based dry desulfurization + low-temperature SCR denitrification system" process, which is expected to be put into use before May.
It is understood that this year, China Steel Company will also implement environmental protection projects such as full recycling of equal pressure gas of iron smelting blast furnaces, 600,000 tons of coking dry quenching coke, construction of iron ore powder greenhouses in one iron smelting yard, and desulfurization and denitrification transformation of 900,000 tons of coking coke oven gas boiler, comprehensively promote ultra-low emission transformation, and strive to build a green and low-carbon steel enterprise.
