2) There were originally some restaurants, motorboats, fishing and other entertainment facilities on the shore of Bayi Reservoir. Now they have been taken back by the urban management. No private, business-oriented places are allowed on the shore of Bayi Reservoir;
3) It is now obvious that the water level has dropped on the shore of the Bayi Reservoir. It is understood that part of the ground is leaking out during drainage. After the water level drops to a certain position, dredging work will soon be done; and we are also online According to the inquiry, the Bayi Park dredging construction plan and the scope of the first batch of dredging treatments are consistent with the location of the precipitation level we interviewed on site - located to the north of Vanke Jade College.

2) Not only do we have to say goodbye to rigid needs, investors also have to say goodbye. Judging from the current situation of the sector, if the houses of Vanke and Sunac cost 15,000, the future appreciation space will be very limited;
3) For those who invest, I really want to say, don’t think there is potential just because you see a bubble. To be honest, among all the factors that contribute to the appreciation of house prices, parks are the slowest in driving house price appreciation. Parks can only make your residence better. The environment is better, and as for appreciation, it is relatively slow!
