notebook is a highly versatile product. Most notebooks are designed with general needs in mind, because only in this way can the audience be expanded. However, for many professionals, universal design may not meet all their needs. Acer ConceptD 3 Ezel is a specially designed notebook. The author borrowed this notebook from my buddy to find out with you.
1. Appearance display and disassembly
ConceptD packaging has been carefully designed to remove all foamed LDPE packaging materials and plastic packaging. 90% of the packaging materials are made of recycled materials and can be recycled and reused. In addition, the ink was replaced from petroleum-based ink to soybean ink, reducing the production of "three wastes" by more than two-thirds and reducing tree felling by more than 90%.

The author's needs are completely unfulfilled. Professionals like my buddy also said that this notebook can fully meet his needs. This screen also has the authoritative Pantone certification for color, and the screen quality is really good visible to the naked eye.
2. Performance test
As a 6C12T standard processor, the performance of the CPU part can be said to be uncompromising. CineBench R20 reached 2584pts, and Xiangqi reached 42.78 times and 20535 thousand steps per second.
scored 7988 in the 3D Mark11 Fire Strike test. The 1650Ti Max-Q GPU is still very strong. This score is enough to show that this notebook can also play AAA masterpieces.
solid-state continuous reading and writing and 4K performance are very good, the test of the two software. Considering the capacity needs of content creators, compared to gaming laptops and ordinary thin and light laptops, which usually have a 16G+512G configuration, a full 1T solid state can meet the storage needs of materials.
Let’s take a look at the SD card slot that comes with the machine. The ConceptD’s card slot has SD7.0 specifications. SD 7.0 officially introduces PCIe 3.0 and NVMe 1.3 as new bus standards. The highest specification SD card can reach a terrifying rate of 985MB/s. The SanDisk Extreme Ultra Speed in the author's hand is only 170MB/s. Through the actual measurement of large file copy, it can be seen that this card has completely reached the maximum speed.
3. Application test
There is one thing about Intel's graphics cards that the other two cannot keep up with: Quick Sync Video.This technology was first proposed in the SNB era. With the development of time, i family’s hardware encoding and decoding capabilities are getting stronger and stronger. When suppressing video material in HandBrake, you can see that when the default preset is [Fast 1080P30], the suppression speed ratio once reached a value as high as 1:2. You must know that the six-core CPU suppresses it under the same specifications. It’s just a score of about 1:1.2. And in practical applications, it's not just HandBrake. Productivity software such as Photoshop and Premiere can enjoy this benefit as long as it can support hardware acceleration, which is very satisfying as a corresponding content producer. However, when it comes to 3D modeling software specifically, because the author has no contact with these, the specific additions of QSV still need to be found out by the readers themselves.
4. Game actual test
We directly filled up the game part. In the benchmark test of "Shadow of the Tomb Raider", the average frame rate was 50 frames when the default was high and the resolution was 1920*1080. As a mobile Max-Q graphics card, it is a good choice whether it is daily rendering acceleration or playing games. Basically, most 3A games can run smoothly, not to mention online games with relatively low performance requirements.
5. Actual use of
ConceptD 3 Ezel comes with a color picking tool, which can be opened directly by pressing the keys on the keyboard. Find a color picker that can save up to eight colors, which can basically meet most professional color picking needs. After clicking the eyedropper, the color of any part of the screen can be directly picked, which is very practical for photography/design/printing and other professions that require a large amount of color picking.
I’d better not touch my buddy’s professional software. The author’s own photo retouching work is still very simple. I only use Adobe Lightroom for color correction and cropping. You can also use the digital pen that comes with the machine to control the retouching. In actual operation, cutting and rotating is more convenient than mouse control.

Acer's ConceptD series is truly designed for relevant practitioners. Compared with purchasing various tablets/screens and monitors separately, choosing such an individually designed notebook can meet your usage needs more simply and at a lower cost.
