In order to make a good enrollment plan for the fall of 2018, Hehai Kindergarten will conduct a survey on the source of school-age children from May 2 to May 26. We will reasonably set up classes and degrees based on the survey results, so parents of children who are interested in enrolling in our kindergarten must come to our kindergarten to carefully and accurately fill out the "Research Form for the Source of Appropriate Children".

Kindergarten entry age
Small class: children born between September 1, 2014 and August 31, 2015.
Regional division
● Minjiang Department: School-age children in the Hehai Street area between Tongjiang Road and Jinling Road.
● Guest Department: School-age children in the Hehai Street area east of Jinling Road, school-age children in the Wharf Times Upper Hospital.
Registration conditions
The guardian's property (must be a residential house) is within the corresponding area , and the household registration of the school-age child is with a guardian in this property. (If the guardian does not own a property, he or she can use the ancestral property to register. The guardian needs to show proof of not having a house.)

Information required
If you do not bring the following information, we will not fill it in, please understand.
a, original and copy of household registration book. (Please make a copy of the homepage and child page and keep it at school.)
b, the guardian's residential property certificate and a copy of the property in the area. (Please make a copy of the certificate and keep the copy in the school. If the real estate certificate is in the bank, the copy of the real estate certificate stamped with the bank's seal can be used as a voucher.)
c, Evaluation form for vaccination status of children entering kindergarten. (You can log in to the link interface on the Changzhou City Health and Family Planning Commission website to the designated website (http://58.216.151.149:9102/) to print the "Evaluation Form" by yourself. If you have children outside the province or cannot find vaccination information, you cannot help yourself. If you print it, you should go to the vaccination unit where you live to apply for a card.)
Filling out the "Research Form for School-aged Children" is only used as a research basis for autumn enrollment planning and as a reference for kindergarten admission.
Kindergarten will post the official enrollment notice around June 15th, and go through the formal registration procedures around July 1st. Please stay tuned for the enrollment notice.
