In the early morning of July 10,

The stolen lottery shop is located on Nanchi Road, Qingshanhu District, , Nanchang City. At around 9 a.m., the owner, Mr. Hu, came to the store. As soon as he walked to the door, he found that the iron handle with the lock on the door had been broken.
He said, "Someone came in and stole things. There was more than 1,700 yuan in cash and more than 54,000 yuan in scratch tickets. There was not a single one left. They were all taken away."
Mr. Hu immediately called the police. At 1:30 noon that day, the suspect Tu was captured by the police in an Internet cafe.
When Tu was caught, had already scratched off all the stolen lottery tickets with a face value of 4,000 yuan, and took them to other lottery stores to redeem the prizes. But afterwards he said, "It was a big loss."
Tu said: "It cost 450 yuan to scrape. I scraped for an hour this morning and I was exhausted."
Tu is a 32-year-old native of Nanchang County. He is a habitual theft offender. He was caught this time, which can be regarded as his "sixth entry into the palace."
He has five previous convictions, the most recent one was in October last year, and he was just released from prison on July 4 this year.
Tu said that he was released from prison for a week. Because he could not find a job and had no money to spend, he returned to his old job. Tu has been detained by the police and the case is under further investigation.

At 1 pm that day, the police handling the case captured the criminal suspect Shen who was still asleep in a bathing center in the city and brought him to justice. Inside Shen’s clothes, the police found several scratch-off lottery tickets that had not yet been redeemed.
Even though Shen is young and well-dressed, he is already a "seasoned man". This is the sixth time that he has been arrested and dealt with by the public security organs.
According to Shen’s account, due to financial constraints, he urgently needed a sum of money to make ends meet.
