The construction of centralized living and resettlement housing has always been a major matter for people's livelihood, related to social stability, and is an indispensable part of "Access to Huaxin". Huaxin Town has always adhered to the concept of quality construction, focusing on optimizing the design of resettlement housing projects, improving the overall quality of resettlement housing, and satisfying the people's yearning for a better life.

Resettlement housing Phase III project is located on the east side of Xinheng Road, the south side of Huateng Road, the west side of Guanjia River, and the north side of Xinyihe Road. It has a planned total construction area of about 144,000 square meters, a total of 1,076 households, and 14 new 18-story residential buildings, 1 public supporting building and an underground garage. At present, the structural acceptance has been completed, the scaffolding and tower cranes of each room have been dismantled, and the annual task target has been completed. It is expected that major supporting units will enter the construction site after next year, and the entire project is scheduled to be completed and delivered in December 2023.

In order to better satisfy the people's pursuit and desire for cultural and performing arts, Huaxin Town plans to demolish the original lecture hall and build a new cultural center building on the original site to further improve the town's urban functions and enrich the urban connotation. The project has a land area of approximately 4894.3 square meters and a construction area of approximately 2487 square meters. A new three-story cultural center building (including lecture hall, rehearsal hall, public service space, garage, etc.) will be built. At present, the main structure has been capped and passed the acceptance inspection, entering the secondary decoration stage, and is expected to be put into use by the end of September 2023.

On the road to building a modern hub portal and a new era of happiness in Qingpu, Huaxin Town closely focuses on the development positioning of "hub core, Hongqiao Lane, and happiness city", based on the endowments of each village, and plans unique happiness community brands and services according to local conditions. Following the successful completion of pilot construction in Xuzhong Village and Yangjiazhuang Village last year, this year, the town has completed the construction of three sites in Huaihai Village, Xingshangwan Community, and Huayue Community; construction of 11 sites including Zhoubang Village, Songshan Village, Baolong Community, and Ruihe Jinting Community has started simultaneously at the end of December, and is expected to be completed and put into trial operation in the first half of next year.

Phenomenons such as battery car charging in corridors, batteries going upstairs, and flying wire charging have occurred frequently in recent years. This not only affects the environmental appearance of the community, but also poses great safety risks. In order to strengthen the control of electric bicycle charging in the town, solve the hidden risks caused by vehicle charging, and gradually improve the connotation and quality of beautiful home construction, Huaxin Town continues to carry out the construction of electric bicycle charging facilities in existing residential areas in accordance with the principles of "adapting measures to local conditions, convenience and practicality, reasonable standards, and safety guarantees".
This year, after the Urban Construction Center, Huaxin Neighborhood Committee, and Xinyi Property Company conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of the market town area, charging piles were installed at 15 locations including Xuxie New Village, Lane 473, and Lane 493 of Huaxin Street. So far, 15 electric bicycle charging facilities and 160 charging stations have been put into use in the town.

The small and medium-sized river dredging and improvement project carried out river dredging work for 14 sections of 6.8 kilometers of town and village management rivers in the town, including dredging about 90,000 cubic meters of earth, building 3.1 kilometers of bank protection and other related projects, involving a total of 10 villages. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the progress of the project has lagged behind. We strive to complete the project by May 2023 to ensure that the flood season next year can be safely spent.
