The national-level "green factory" is one of the core supporting units of the national green manufacturing system and is the leading force in promoting the green transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Today, we will introduce you to three national "green factories" under Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd.: Huaxin Cement (Wuxue) Co., Ltd., Huaxin Cement (Yangxin) Co., Ltd., and Huaxin Cement (Chibian) Co., Ltd.
Huaxin Cement (Wuxue) Co., Ltd.
Huaxin Wuxue Company has six major business segments: cement, aggregate, commercial concrete, wall materials, environmental protection, and phosphogypsum. As a comprehensive circular economy enterprise, Wuxue Company has achieved great results in green production. It has successively won honors such as Hubei Province Health Enterprise, National Green Factory, Green Mining, etc., and has been selected as the national energy efficiency "leaders" list.
Wuxue Company has invested hundreds of millions of yuan in recent years to upgrade environmental protection facilities and equipment transformation, and has achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and consumption reduction. The company has established an energy management system , which can monitor energy consumption in real time online, and implement dynamic monitoring of different energy media and material usage digital management , realizing real-time monitoring, decentralized control, centralized management, and optimized distribution, laying a solid foundation for realizing the reduction of comprehensive energy consumption in cement. Renovate and optimize equipment such as garbage into the kiln, vertical mill, preheater , coal mill lining plate, kiln tail coal powder conveying pipelines, etc., regularly inspect and update the main energy-using equipment to reduce factory energy consumption in all aspects. Establish a pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, and use the waste heat of the kiln head and kiln tail of the clinker firing system to generate power. The remaining waste gas from the power generation is used to dry raw coal mills, raw mills, cement mills, and other raw combustion materials to further reduce energy consumption. Establish a sewage circulation treatment system, which can save 720,000 cubic meters of water every year.
is the first domestic treatment factory to use a new dry kiln to coordinate the disposal of domestic waste throughout the entire process. Wuxue Company disposes more than 500 tons of garbage per day, and even reaches 800 tons during the Chinese New Year and holidays, effectively solving the garbage disposal problems in Wuxue and surrounding areas for many years. In December 2021, the world's first cement kiln exhaust carbon absorption brick production line was put into production at Wuxue Company, making new contributions to solving resource consumption, energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.
Huaxin Cement (Yangxin) Co., Ltd.
Yangxin Company has two new dry cement clinker production lines, which can produce 3.8 million tons of high-quality clinker and 5 million tons of high-quality cement annually, with a power generation capacity of 120 million kWh, and a daily processing capacity of RDF (domestic waste derived raw material) is 1,600 tons, integrating clinker production, cement production, waste heat power generation, and environmental protection collaborative disposal.
History Yangxin Company has always actively carried out creation work in terms of infrastructure, management system, energy and resource investment, product conditions and environmental emissions, and has made continuous efforts in energy conservation, emission reduction, water conservation, material conservation, and carbon reduction.Since 2014, more than 100 million yuan has been invested to implement RDF environmental protection disposal projects, factory dust collection system transformation, rain and sewage separation projects, cement grinding sound insulation and noise reduction treatment, cement kiln bypass air discharge and other large-scale environmental protection projects, and continue to vigorously develop the transformation and comprehensive utilization of alternative raw materials and fuel technologies through energy-saving technology, environmental protection technology and intelligent transformation. By 2022, it has stably reached the advanced level of 700 tons of RDF simultaneous disposal of 5,000 tons of clinker per kiln per day.
In addition to the gradual improvement of environmental protection projects, Yangxin Company has increased its greening construction. In recent years, it has introduced flowers such as high pole roses, azalea , and wind flower roses in the factory greening area, which are dotted near the kiln mill and in various areas of the company. The company has also introduced more than 100 carrier pigeons and strived to build a modern and environmentally friendly cement factory with birds singing and flowers. Huaxin Cement (Chici) Co., Ltd.
Haxin Chibi Company owns a new dry cement production line with a daily output of 4,000 tons of cement clinker , an annual output of 3 million tons of aggregate production line and a 1 million cubic concrete production line, and a supporting construction of 7.5MW cement kiln pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project and a cement kiln collaborative disposal of urban domestic waste. It is a leading local industrial enterprise.
Chibi Company strives to improve the level of environmental protection management and technological innovation, accelerate environmental protection transformation and upgrading, and strives to integrate the concept of green harmony into all aspects of corporate operations. In daily operations, the company not only fully digests and utilizes industrial waste slag such as fly ash, calcium carbide slag, phosphogypsum, but also strives to achieve stable and efficient operation of pure low-temperature waste heat power generation systems, SNCR flue gas denitrification systems and ecological and environmentally friendly factories, greatly reducing the emission of waste gas such as nitrogen oxides and achieves harmless disposal of domestic waste. In terms of management, with the purpose of energy conservation, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency improvement, the medium- and long-term planning of green factories and the implementation guide for green development are the focus of work. Annual goals and implementation plans for green factories were formulated.
