According to the unified deployment of the launch of the Henan Province VAT Invoice Management System 2.0 version, the VAT invoice-related information system will be shut down from 20:00 on October 24, 2019 to 24:00 on October 29, 2019. In order to avoid the system downtime and upgrade affecting your normal issuance of VAT invoices, I would like to remind you to complete the following work before October 24:
1. Complete the tax periodicals and clear the card for the September tax period.
2. Apply for VAT invoices required for operation in advance, and the time schedule is as follows: before October 23, you can apply for VAT invoices at the Electronic Taxation Bureau, self-service tax equipment and tax service hall. You can only apply for VAT invoices at the tax service hall on October 24. The VAT invoice application business will be suspended from October 25 to October 29, and the VAT invoice application will resume after October 30.
3. After applying for VAT invoices and handling tax control information change registration in the electronic tax bureau and self-service tax processing equipment, please download the VAT invoice information and synchronize the tax control change information in the invoice issuing software in a timely manner.
4. Please be sure to log in to the tax control invoice software online before 20:00 on October 24, and confirm the offline issuance time limit and amount automatically downloaded.
