1. Eat 3 things (longevity noodles, Qibao soup, pancakes)

As the old saying goes, "water and fire are incompatible." Washing clothes requires a lot of water, which is considered unlucky. Therefore, it is best not to wash clothes on the seventh day of the day, for fear of getting into trouble.
