(Zhu Yuanzhang, a typical refugee)
I didn’t see you personally, and I dared not say “confirm”. I just heard that—because I entered the new century, it was earlier that my country’s Criminal Law canceled the crime of “rogue crime” and added crime entries such as “sexual assault”.
If it is true, it avoids the long-standing ambiguity in the vocabulary definition, which is really a progress in the legal system - the description of sexual assault and sexual harm, which is more accurate and precise; the term "rogue crime" was originally intended to adapt to the conceptual statement of "new secular world", but in terms of meaning, it is really a bit less appropriate; the meaning of the word "rogue" cannot be equated with "sexual assault" and "sexual injury". The meaning of "rogue" is much more "broad".
From the author's limited insight, "rogue" has become a pronoun for specifically referring to a certain type of people, which is probably the case since the Republic of China; especially referring to the sexual assault and sexual harm of men against women, and it is likely that it has only begun since the founding of the Republic (my country's traditional ideology basically does not accept or understand the situation of sexual assault and sexual harm of women on men).

(Isn’t this a refugee or slave yet?)
(I) Rogues are also poor people
“rogues”. In terms of vocabulary composition, they should be “partially correct words” that modify nouns. "Flow" is an adjective, "Flow" and "Uncertain", which is used to modify the noun "rogue". "Rang" is composed of "dead" and "people", which belongs to the word "picture", and the surface means "deadly people". There is also a saying that the word "rogue" is the common name for "fly", a type of parasite hosted by large terrestrial mammals. It survives by absorbing the host's blood or feeding substances mixed with nutrients attached to the host's exogenous secretions and the nutrients attached to the fur, and attaches to the host or other individuals similar to the community for life. To say "rogue" is called "fly", it means that "rogue" also has parasitic properties similar to "fly".
In the period when productivity was underdeveloped, especially those stages that were called "chaotic times" and "disaster years", due to natural disasters and man-made disasters, poor people in large numbers lost the "limited subsistence allowance resources" that depend on for survival, were forced to leave their hometowns and wander around, and were called "displaced people". "Disashi" and "Holy" are just one word next to the word "dead".

Looking through a random Chinese dictionary (dictionary), you will find that there are quite a few characters with the word "death" as a radical; if you understand it, you will find that the word "death" is not just the meaning of "death" and "life is destroyed"; at least it also has the meanings of "discretion", "no place to go", "confused and distant departure". The word "rogue" should appear very late. In the early years, the most "spoken" words with similar meanings to it were, the author believes, should be "fly clerk".
(II) What is "Flying Li"?
Simply put, it is "a clerical with parasitic attributes".
We always say "slave" and "slave", but it is easy to ignore it. "slave" and "li" also have different meanings. Strictly speaking, they refer to two types of people.
German Jewish Grandpa Marx, according to the European history he is familiar with and carefully studied, divided human society into five major stages: "primitive", "slavery", " feudal ", " capitalism ", "communism" (scientific socialism); among them, "slavery" was translated by modern Chinese people. What is the original word and what is it? I have never learned German, so I don't know.

But surely, the "slave" in our Chinese is a "coherent word" composed of "slave" and "slave"; the "slave" in
generally refers to the lower-level workers who depend on the "master" in terms of living conditions, or the "means of production";
"slave" refers to workers and service workers who fully depend on the "master" in personality. The difference between
is that the author believes that "slave" has no personality or human rights at all, and its "life" is only "state" rather than "attribute". In other words, theoretically, "slave" is the "property" of the "master".Relatively, "li" also has similar characteristics, but is not absolute; some "li" have partial personality, and their nature has the meaning of "life"; and the "function" of "li" is mostly limited to "output" labor, but lacks the "function" of "other" "service" nature.

(female slave in "The Legend of Chu Qiao")
There are two different explanations for "fly clerk":
One is to say that the "li" that completely depends on the "master" (parasitic), which is "li" without personality;
The other is to say that the "li" that loses, betrays the "master" and "rely" elsewhere, others, and "has milk is the mother". In extension, "Flying Li" also refers to the underlying free civilian without or missing means of production.
In the history of our country, the "slaves" among the "slaves" who were completely deprived of their personality did not only appear in the "slave society", but also accompanied the "feudal imperial system" and existed until the beginning of the 20th century. Example: eunuch. It's a completely unpersonal "slave". In this regard, we talk about Europe we know is different from Mark.

(The maids behind Jia Baoyu are all slaves)
(III) Types of rogue
Back to "rogue".
As mentioned above, "然" may refer to "风", but from the perspective of the composition of the characters, it mainly talks about "death" and "civil".
The concept of "people" is very broad. All ruled can be called "people".
"Death" means "exile".
combined, "destroy" and "people", combined with our history, roughly includes four types of people -
(1) farmers who have lost their land and are difficult to maintain a fixed settlement;
(2) wandering free people who have never had means of production and fixed residence;
(3) Settlements that have not been held in place for various reasons and have not formed a weak group of hierarchical division of labor;
(4) Slaves who passively lose the "master" or actively "betray" the "master" (escape slave).

(private singing girl, also a slave identity)
The "original" of these four types of people have differences, but they have the following common characteristics:
1, the survival pressure is huge to the point of "unique".
2, lacks or simply does not have the ability to change the environment, and can only passively adapt or seek a new living environment through migration; to apply a popular saying at present, they "maybe they cannot change the world, but they can change themselves."
3, lacks or even lacks a sense of security, personal self-esteem, and broad moral consciousness, and the psychology is generally in an extreme inferiority complex of individualization or small grouping.
4, lack the willingness and necessary ability to produce, nourish and maintain a higher-level culture that is "positive". Cultural awareness and products are seriously lacking or "negative output", which is easy to breed, conservative, negative, and bad group consciousness.
They have the word "death" more than "refugees"!

(Many bandits are refugees)
"Refugees" are originally "people", but becoming "refugees". Perhaps out of accidental helplessness and helplessness, in general, they are likely to have longing and yearning for the originally orderly and moral lifestyle, and have even strong psychological demands of "return to normal", and can be put into practical, continuous, violent, or violent and continuous - action!
Compared with "refugees", "rogues" and "rogues" are in a state of "dead" and situation, and there is no place to "return", so naturally there is no desire to "return" and corresponding actions.
When they fail to gather into a cluster that is sufficient to generate "joint force", or they barely gather and have severely lack the resources and strength to maintain and strengthen this gathered gathering, they will struggle with the "status status" and hope to maintain the continuation of animality under the "status status". If they gather together, generate "joint forces", and have the resources and strength to maintain or even grow, it may be a blessing for them, but for normal social order outside them, it will be a disaster! In this way, they are just as relevant departments in our country like to blame some of the actions of some countries - they are going further and further on the wrong (dangerous) road.
In short, "rogues", both individuals and groups, have and present "anti-social" characteristics at all times.

(IV) Part of speech evolution of rogue
From the above, "rogue" and "sexual assault" are two concepts with different connotations; most sexual assaults are "rogue behavior", but "rogue behavior" is far more than sexual assault.
Examples: Academic fraud, plagiarism of other people's culture and scientific research results, and the hidden negative factors that are difficult to avoid and repair in scientific research results, etc. are all rogue behaviors.
Give another example:
makes, sells, and positively promotes counterfeit and shoddy goods;
uses others' kindness and honesty to cheat and extort them (regardless of whether they make profits from it);
bullies, insults, and violently hurts others;
uses, relying on public power, special knowledge, professional skills, social reputation and other non-universal conditions to harm others, disrupt order, and seize benefits beyond the reasonable scope or legal limits...
In short, "rogues" are varied, emerging one after another, and "frequent animals", just like the devil released from a demon bottle, the best way is not to let it go. Once released, it will be difficult to "erase" just like now!
