After the incident, the pedestrian fled westward, but the electric bicycle driver did not wake up after falling.

After the accident, Xie escaped, and the victim Deng died on the same day due to ineffective rescue.
After investigation, on the morning of December 14, 2018, the police officially arrested Xie (female, 55 years old), the suspect who hit and ran away from .
